Pour Decisions Rickhouse, in collaboration with The Whiskey Blendery, is proud to present 2nd Ryde. The PDR team selected a standout 36% Rye Bourbon (75% Corn, 4% Malted Barley) from a stellar lineup. The whiskey from thissingle barrel was then transferred into the 15 Year Kentucky Bourbon barrel that aged KY Rodeo. The nearly two months of additional aging added a unique character to an already excellent single barrel bourbon that came with a boost of complexity and depth.

Nose: Peanut, orange citrus, lemon citrus, vanilla buttercream, mint, oak, baking spice, cocoa powder, buttered pecan, caramel custard.

Palate: Oak, peanut, orange, lemon, caramel, vanilla, buttercream, Orange Julius, butterscotch, PayDay Candy, buttered pecan, butterscotch, and mint.

Finish: Oak, orange, Cracker Jacks, lemon citrus, caramel custard, vanilla buttercream, cocoa powder, nutmeg, allspice, mint, and peanut butter.
