A delicate balance of a ros wine with jammy elderberry notes and Camphour Southernwood from the Artemisia family. Meant to be just sweet enough to use in cocktails as a lighter, more complex substitute for sweet vermouth but also not too sweet so it can be enjoyed on the rocks or chilled.
