Partida is a brand that's known for being hands on in all aspects of production from growing their own agave to bottling. They use mature agave that's 7-10 years old before it's picked, and aged in stainless steal ovens to avoid the soot from stone ovens that can affect the taste of the tequila. The aejo is aged 18 months in ex-Jack Daniels barrels.
