Origins & Craftsmanship
Casamigos Tequila Blanco is produced from 100 % Blue Weber agave grown in the rich clay soils of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is slow-roasted in traditional ovens, followed by an extended fermentation process that emphasises clean flavour. The spirit is double-distilled and rested briefly in stainless steel before bottling at 40% ABV (80 proof). Each batch reflects the founders (actor George Clooney, entrepreneur Rande Gerber and property developer Mike Meldman) aim to create a tequila you dont need salt or lime to enjoy.
Tasting Profile
Nose: Bright and clean, featuring cooked agave sweetness, gentle citrus zest (lemon or grapefruit) and soft vanilla warmth.
Palate: Smooth and welcomingsweet agave leads, joined by vanilla bean, grapefruit peel and subtle tropical fruit notes. A mild pepper or white-pepper spice rounds out the mid-palate.
