Deep ruby in the glass, it offers aromas of red berries, herbs and a hint of earthy cocoa on the nose. The palate is smooth and light, with notes of cherry, more red berries and plush tannins, leading to a fresh finish.

The grapes on this one are harvested by hand and fermented in whole clusters with semi-carbonic maceration, using wild yeasts. It's aged in old oak vats for some months. Only lightly filtered and not fined, with very little sulphur added.

Chateau Cambon, is run by Marie Lapierre, the wife of the Gamay Godfather Marcel Lapierre. She's crafting wine in the most natural way. Their commitment to showcasing terroir and preserving a refreshing essence makes this wine stand out.
