Dalton Estate Petite Sirah is the result of a collaborative effort between winemakers and growers to create a fine wine from a young vineyard located on the coastal plain near Gedera.

The vineyard has been carefully refined over the years, with selective picking of grapes in mid-September.

During fermentation, the grape cap was gently pumped over multiple times a day to extract rich color and flavor. After fermentation, the wine was aged for 12 months in new French and American oak barrels.

This dark, rich kosher wine offers a bouquet of lavender, black olives, and a touch of old-world complexity. On the palate, it is creamy and velvety with soft tannins and a long, smooth finish.

Dalton Estate Petite Sirah pairs beautifully with hearty meat dishes such as steak, lamb chops, or rich winter stews.
