Made from Potatorum agave, double distilled in copper alembic stills.
Tasting notes - Vegetal and aromatic, with notes of leather, smoke and peat. Deep and long-lasting, nuanced; rising smoke. Balanced and complex palate, with discreet integration of fruits, spices and lemon peel tones. Perfect density. Vegetable/herbal to the fade, with good agave tones. Pepper and thyme on the palate balanced with sweet notes of agave, slightly tropical with notes of mint. Good long finish.
