This single barrel bourbon is distilled at the Buffalo Trace Distillery utilizing their well known, high rye bourbon Mashbill #2. The percentage of rye in this Mashbill is said to be between 12% and 15%, which leads to it's unique taste.

This bourbon has a deep amber color with light and sweet scents of mango and papaya. It has a lovely balance of the flavors of honey and clover, and also a slight fruitiness with a dash of spices. The long, warm finish is the perfect way to end an evening.
