Process & Profile
Immortal Estates Impassable Mountain Reserve 2017 is a bold and luxurious expression of mountain-grown Cabernet Sauvignon from the rugged slopes of the Mayacamas Range in Sonoma County. Sourced exclusively from the Hidden Ridge Vineyard at elevations reaching 1,700 feet, the grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in small lots. The wine is then aged in 85100% new French oak barrels, amplifying its richness, structure, and aging potential. This limited-release reserve bottling is produced only in exceptional vintages.
