A truly unique 100% Syrah pt-nat with aromas of buttered popcorn, cream, yogurt, strawberry, and a hint of smoke. The palate brings vibrant raspberry, sour cherry, and a mineral edge.

Made from organic, hand-harvested Syrah, this sparkling red is fermented with indigenous yeasts in fibreglass tanks and bottled using the mthode ancestraleunfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulphur.

This wine is made by Marine Leys, a talented and promising female winemaker. She had worked for years behind the camera in film production across Europe and was eventually drawn to winemaking.
