ORGANIC / LOW SULPHITE / VEGAN

Super bright red with minerality and mouth-watering acidity, berry fruits & white pepper on the nose, with a zingy strawberry, red & black cherry wine gum fizz mouth feel.
The end of the press from 2018 (Grenache Noir and Carignan) is topped up with juice from direct press (Grenache Noir, Carignan & Syrah) from 2020. The result is a super drinkable wine, full of character.

Anna and Jean Benoit met in New Zealand. It was there where their winemaking journey began and they made their first vintage. After their travels, they settled in the commune of Cucugnan and set up La Voluta. 6.5 hectares of vines in the wild and rugged hills.
