St-Rmy Signature Brandy is the new offering that was born under the hands of Master Blender Ccile Roudaut. Rodaut wanted to explore new production processes for Brandy and so, she introduced a double maturation process. Obviously, all whilst respecting the time-honored traditions. She chose the first maturation in new oak casks of Quercus Petraea species with a fine grain, using medium and high heat. This round provided the spicy notes, indulgence, and vivacity. The second maturation took place in traditional casks of Quercus Robur species with a large grain but this time, only high heat was used.But what you want to hear about is the end result. Smooth, fruity, and in perfect harmony of flavors this is a super classic Brandy thats ideal for cocktails or sipping neat.
