DISTILLER'S NOTES:
Because of our belief in the importance of local agriculture and the fact that sugar cane isnt readilyavailable in Michigan, we decided to take our Rumproject to the Caribbean. We import and blend severaldifferent Jamaican rums from one of the oldest distilleries in Jamaica. They are then finished in Moscatel Cask in Detroit, MI. The result is a high esterflavor bomb of incredible length and complexity.
