Origins & Craftsmanship

Produced by WidowJane Distillery in Brooklyn, New York, this bourbon originates from a marriage of straight bourbons aged at least 10 years. Following that maturation, it is finished in barrels that previously held artisanal maple syrup from a New York estateadding a distinct barrel-aged maple character. The bourbon is bottled at 91 proof (45.5% ABV), non-chill filtered, and crafted in limited batches for seasonal release.

Nose: Sugared pecans, pure maple syrup, birch beer sweetness, and warm charred oak.
Palate: Vanilla bean and burnt sugar up front, layered with cinnamon bark spice and maple syrup richness.
Finish: Brown sugar, buttery shortbread, mellow tobacco and old-whiskey oak dryness emergesweet at first, then gently controlled and elegant.
