The beloved American country singer, also known modestly as the King of Country, has been a huge fan of the liquid long before it was available to mere mortals. So much so that he even wrote a song about it.

Based on a private recipe that was handed down for generations in an artisan distilling family in Amatitn, Cdigo 1530 Aejo Tequila was aged for 18 months in award-winning Napa Valley Cabernet French white oak Wine barrels. One of the most premium Aejos on the market, this lovely liquid is refined, elegant, and expressive. Releasing notes of fruit, oak, vanilla, and a bit of spice, its got many an award to show for its tasty flavor profile. The list is long: Double Gold at the 2018 Stuttgart International Spirits Competition, Platinum Best in Class Aejo Tequila at the 2016 SIP Awards, and Aejo of the Year at NY International Spirits Competition.
