Flavour profile
This French sparkling wine is light and super bright, with flavours of green apple, underripe peach, citrus zest, and a touch of white blossom. Theres a soft, slightly frothy mousse and a lick of minerality that keeps everything dry and refreshing. A whisper of sweetness up front gives way to a clean, bone-dry finish with just the right amount of grip.
About Chteau Tour des Gendres

The de Conti family has been farming here for generations, producing expressive, low-intervention wines that reflect the local terroir. Today, theyre known for bringing energy and clarity to traditional grapes through minimal sulphur use and a deep commitment to sustainability.
About Pet-Nat
Ptillant Naturel (Pt Nat for short) is a type ofnatural sparkling wine made using the methode ancestrale:bottled while still fermenting, without added sugar or secondary fermentation. The result? A gentler fizz, slightly cloudy look, and a wilder, more expressive character than Champagne-style wines. It's the fun, unfiltered cousin of traditional sparkling: fresh, raw, and exciting.
How to pair it
Perfect as an apritif or with light food, try it withsushi, smoked fish, goats cheese, or herby salads. Also works a treat with spring veg, shellfish, or picnic spreads. Chill it well and pop it open anywhere youd serve a Prosecco, but want something a bit cooler and more natural.
