About Falanghina

Falanghina is an ancient white grape from Southern Italy thats known for its bright, citrusy flavours and floral notes. In this wine, its used in a more unusual way: left in contact with its skins to create an "orange" wine, which gives it more texture and complexity. If youve never tried orange wine before, this is a super friendly place to start.

Serve it chilled and pair it with dishes that are big on flavour. Its great with grilled vegetables, spicy food, Middle Eastern mezze, or anything with herbs and citrus. It also works surprisingly well with fried chicken or a good plate of chips. Anything crispy and salty will love this wine!
