Flavour profile

About the winery

Entre Vinyes is a project dedicated to rescuing and reviving old vineyards in Catalonias Peneds region. Led by winemakers Pep & Maria, the winery practices organic farming with minimal intervention in the cellar, aiming to express the full character of their indigenous grape varieties and unique terroir.

About Xarello

Xarello (or Xarello) is one of Catalonias most prized indigenous white grapes. Known for its bright acidity, subtle earthiness, and ability to age, it forms the backbone of many Cava blends, but shines equally on its own in still and sparkling natural wines like this one.
