Wine Shine and Tin City Distillery is more than vodka or whiskey; it's an idea, distilled down to its most passionate form. The idea that the Central Coast represents California in its purest sense, and our spirits are crafted to embody just that. Forged with intention and local wisdom, our brandy, vodka, gin, whiskey, and canned cocktails are created for you.

MASTER DISTILLER

Following in the footsteps of my great grandfather who was arrested in Tennessee during prohibition for making shine; we do nothing differentexcept we have a license! Im Patrick Brooks, the head distiller at Tin City Distillery and Wine Shine. We are located in the heart of Paso Robles, our drinking town with a farming problem. My background in law, teaching credential, wedding officiant experience, and employment as a voice over artist has all led me to crafting spirits. After all, we wouldnt want you to go thirsty! COCKTAILS

hisbrandy creates a unique addition to a Moscow mule lineup by substituting it for the vodka. It also works well with tropical cocktails and goes wonderful with a bit of ice or neat. This brandy compliments a number of primary liquors at the bar such as: vodka, rum, tequila, and gin.

TASTING NOTES

Mango brandy opens on the tongue with a bright tropical sweet mango quickly followed with a subtle warming ginger fading to a wonderful black peppercorn finish.
